Next Class Starts: 12/29 - Inside Sales Representative
We're looking for motivated, high-energy sales professionals to join our fast-growing team. If you're driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a career with uncapped earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.
Pay rate: $17/hr + commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Make 150-250 outbound calls per day to engage prospective clients.
Present and explain our products and services, manage the entire sales cycle, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately track all sales activities using our CRM system.
Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
Proven track record in sales, including negotiation and closing experience.
Ability to manage the full sales process independently and effectively.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telesales, or a related field is a plus.
Uncapped commission structure (typical earnings $70-120K+, top performers earn $150K+).
Paid training with ongoing support, plus daily and weekly performance incentives.
